What we fly

Two passes over the same roof, one report

The flying is much the same each time. What changes is who is reading the report at the end and what they need it to support.

Leak Trace

A visual pass and a radiometric thermal pass over the same roof, compared, so the entry point can be narrowed down before anyone strips a covering to go looking for it.

  • The whole roof photographed visually at 100 megapixels, elevation by elevation
  • A radiometric thermal pass over the same roof and the suspect area
  • Visual and thermal images compared side by side for the areas that matter
  • A written note on the most likely entry point, or points, with the reasoning behind it

For Builders and Agents

A dated thermal and visual leak trace your client can book directly, with the report addressed to you, so you are working from evidence rather than a phone call and a guess.

  • The report addressed to you as well as your client, on request
  • Findings written for a trade reader, not simplified past the point of being useful
  • No repair pricing in the report, so it never competes with your quote
  • Full resolution visual and thermal originals to back up your own assessment
